Catch up: My 18th Birthday

June came and along with it my 18th birthday, can we say legal ?! I planned my birthday with my best friend all these years and when it came...nothing happened how we planned. With her going to university in England and me attending college over here,it wasn't going to work.

First and foremost let me apologize for the abrupt departure with no warning.  Both my sister and I started college on May 30th and completely lost control of the blog. We did a summer semester meaning it was 15 weeks worth of work packed into 8 weeks, and I can say I seriously underestimated the work load.

I am the average girl, when it comes to getting ready. I cannot find one thing to put on and I resort to saying I have no clothes and that I need to go shopping. When I get close enough to breaking down and realize that I do have to leave the house, it's surprising what you can find.

As a self-professed bag girl, it's only fair that I share some of my favorites (and the most on trend) with my fellow bag girls and this spring satchel is no exception! Phillip Lim has been dominating the accessory world for some months with his much coveted Pashli bags worn by everyone from A-List celebrities to fashion bloggers and this Spring update on the Pashli satchel has to be one of my favorites yet. Small but functional, it won't get in the way when you're shopping like bigger bags sometimes do and, it can hold way more than you might think. Paired with a cute day dress or denim shorts and a basic top, you'll be sure to look every part summery and stylish. I'm also loving black a lot this season (weird because it's quite hot) and the prints in this satchel would definitely stand out against my black pieces. After all, florals are always in for spring and summer...
